Portrait of Katy

Who I Am

I'm Katy.

I'm a woman with AuDHD, which is a very official way of saying: I spent a long time wondering why everything felt harder than it was supposed to.

Now I coach other autistic, ADHD, and AuDHD women through the parts that come after the click: the questions, the patterns, the “wait, so now what?” moments, and the stuff nobody tells you.

See It In Action

The tools work because the coaching came first.

The Dragon Was the Point

A client finally started using an energy-pacing tool after I rebuilt it around her love of dragons. Same way to track energy, tasks and habits. Different skin. Two weeks later she was identifying burnout patterns she'd never seen before. We spend a lot of time asking whether a tool works. I think the better question is whether anyone wants to open it.

No generic tool can do that. It worked because the design listened first.

I don't say I hold space, but apparently I do.

"I feel like she gets me. I'm never left feeling like I'm just getting generic help. She even made me a custom app. Working with Katy has really changed things for me. I've been learning what my values are and how to navigate the world by them. It has been so freeing. Most important to me is that I've found a lot of self-acceptance."
J.F.
"She helped me navigate a personal issue so I felt more confident and comfortable in my own skin. Katy's calm and positive energy was a breath of fresh air, and it was fun laughing a little too!"
A.F.

Pick What Fits

Four packages, four shapes. Now What for the newly diagnosed. Focused Work in 4, 6, or 8 sessions. The Full Framework when you want time to build something.

Built Around You

Worksheets, custom coping tools, trackers. Sometimes I make it and sometimes I know the perfect resource. Custom apps are available as an add-on.

Equity Pricing

Three tiers, same coaching, no questions asked. You choose what's sustainable. Not what hurts.

Still Here? Good.

You've probably scrolled through a lot of coaching sites. Most of them say some version of “unlock your potential” or “step into your power.” I'm not going to do that.

If you've been managing everything mostly on your own, building invisible systems to get through days that aren't designed for you, and you're starting to hit the wall — you don't need a motivational framework. You need someone who can see how your mind works and help you build around it instead of against it.
