Self-understanding
We talk about what you are noticing now: what makes more sense than it used to, what you may have been blaming yourself for, and what you learned to hide, explain away, or push through.
A 12-week package
A 12-week coaching package for late-diagnosed autistic, ADHD, and AuDHD women, with a custom energy pacing app built during our work together.
You got diagnosed. Or you self-diagnosed. Or you started seeing your life differently and could not unsee it.
Maybe you already had the “oh my god, that explains so much” moments.
Now you are looking at the day-to-day part.
The shape
Understanding yourself is one thing. Using that understanding on a regular day is another.
Energy. Rest. Burnout. Masking. Boundaries. Work. Relationships. Communication. The cost of ordinary things. The early signs you miss until they are no longer early.
Understanding yourself is one thing.
Using that understanding when you are tired, overstimulated, overextended, or trying to get through a regular day is another.
The work
We talk about what you are noticing now: what makes more sense than it used to, what you may have been blaming yourself for, and what you learned to hide, explain away, or push through.
We look at what drains you, what restores you, and what different things ask from you: physically, socially, mentally, emotionally, and sensorially.
Work. Relationships. Errands. Transitions. Communication. Masking. Appointments. Social plans. Household tasks. Decision-making.
The goal is to help you stop treating every task like it costs the same.
A lot of late-diagnosed autistic and AuDHD women are learning how to tell what is happening inside before it becomes impossible to ignore.
Am I tired? Overstimulated? Socially done? Mentally clear? Hungry? Irritable? Headed toward a headache? Asking too much of myself? Pushing through because that is what I have always done?
We practice noticing sooner.
When you can see what is happening sooner, you often have more choices.
Rest sooner. Ask directly. Change the plan. Lower the demand. Set the boundary. Take something off your plate. Decide today is not the day.
Burnout recovery is not just “rest more” and hope for the best.
We look at what burnout changed, what still costs more than it used to, what helps you recover, and what makes recovery harder.
Recovery is rarely a straight line back to who you were before. Sometimes it is learning what your capacity looks like now, and building a life that fits it instead of one you have to recover from.
Built during the package
As part of this package, I build you a custom energy pacing app.
The app is built during the package as I get to know you. It is shaped around your language, your patterns, your warning signs, your categories, and what would actually make it usable for you. If there is an interest, aesthetic, private language, or visual style that makes the app more usable for you, we can build with that.
You can use it to check in with your energy, track warning signs, name what different activities cost, keep notes, and bring information back into coaching.
The app is available during coaching and for 6 months after your final session. After that, I may request a small maintenance and upkeep fee if you want to keep it hosted. You can export your information at any time, and you will always be able to leave with a copy of what you logged.
The app may include

Two real ones: Scale and Signal, a pacing app shaped around one client’s dragon, and Still the Driver, a pocket anchor built for another. Yours will not look like these. That is the point.
Twelve weeks
Week 1
Intake — 90 min
Weeks 2–11
Weekly sessions, while the app takes shape
Week 12
Final session — 90 min
What the 12-week package includes
| Component | Details |
|---|---|
| Intake session — 90 minutes | We start with what is going on now: what brought you here, what you are noticing, what feels hard to track, and what you want support with. |
| 10 weekly coaching sessions — 60 minutes each | These sessions are where we talk through what is happening in your real life and what you are learning as you go. There is structure, but this is not a fixed curriculum. We follow what is actually happening. |
| Custom energy pacing app | A custom app built during the package and adapted around your language, needs, categories, visuals, theme, interests, or aesthetic. |
| Session summaries | After each session, you receive a short written summary of what we talked about, what we noticed, what decisions or next steps came up, and anything useful to remember. |
| Custom resources | PDFs, worksheets, reflection questions, values exercises, articles, workbooks, or other resources based on what we are working on. Some are custom made, some are things I’ve found. |
| Async support | Email or text support between sessions, with a 24-hour response time. You do not have to hold every thought, question, or update until the next call. |
| Final session — 90 minutes | We review what you have learned, what has changed, what you are still working with, how you are using the app, and what you want to carry forward. |
Equity pricing
Three tiers. Same coaching. Same sessions. Same app. The only difference is what you pay. Choose the tier that fits your financial life right now. No application. No proof. No conversation about it.
Full
$2,400
May fit if you have steady income, financial breathing room, and paying the full rate wouldn’t create strain. Choosing this tier helps keep lower-cost tiers available for someone else.
Middle
$1,500
May fit if your bills are covered and you have some flexibility, but you still need to be thoughtful about extras.
Supported
$800
May fit if money is tight, an unexpected expense would throw things off, or paying more would make support feel stressful.
Payment plans available. You choose your tier on our consultation call, and you can move between tiers anytime.
Start with a conversation
Just two people figuring out if this makes sense.
We’ll talk about what’s going on, what you’re looking for, and whether twelve weeks is the right container. If we’re a good fit, you can pick your tier right on the call. If we’re not, I’ll tell you that too.
